The Cusco Safety 21 roll cages are constructed of carbon steel with a 40mm diameter and can withstand heavy impact. These roll cages are recommended for heavy track use or for those on a tight budget.

All Cusco roll cages have the option of of being a Dash Through or a Dash Escape roll cage. The Dash Through roll cages go through the dashboard whereas the Dash Escape roll cages bend around the curvature of the dash board. The Dash Escape option eases the installation of the roll cage, but at the same time, it causes a partial loss of structural rigidity. Dash Escape roll cages should be used on street driven or show cars; track cars should avoid this option, and instead go wtih the Dash Through mount.
